  1. Go to https://fanbag.com.co/reserva
  2. Under "Ingresa el código de tu voucher", type your voucher code into the three fields (formatted like ABCDE, 12345, a1b2c3d4e)
  3. Click "Abrir regalo" to open your gift and confirm the voucher is valid
  4. Browse the available experiences and select the one you want
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to book: choose your preferred date and enter the name and ID document details of each person attending
  6. Submit the booking and wait for Fanbag to confirm availability with the provider by email

The voucher covers one experience only. Once you complete a booking, the code is disabled and cannot be used again, so there is no remaining balance to spend later and codes cannot be combined.

Vouchers are valid for 365 days from issue. A booking can be rescheduled once, at least 72 hours before the confirmed date; after the confirmed date passes, the voucher counts as used.

The voucher is redeemed for an experience, and the recipient is the one who chooses it. Fanbag Colombia groups its experiences into four categories: Gastronomia, Aventura, Bienestar and Escapadas.

No, the services specified in the experience the recipient selects are covered by the voucher at no additional cost, as detailed in the confirmation email. Anything extra requested on site is paid directly to the experience provider.

Enter the voucher code in the reservation section at www.fanbag.com.co/reserva. Fanbag confirms the voucher's validity there, and it is the same place where the experience is chosen and booked.

Once the confirmed reservation date has passed, the booking cannot be rescheduled or cancelled and the voucher is automatically counted as used. Before that date, a reservation can be rescheduled only once and at least 72 hours in advance, with some experiences requiring more notice.
