The Fnac gift card code pays for purchases in Fnac stores in Spain and on Fnac.es, including the Fnac app and the Fnac Marketplace. Event tickets and photo lab orders are excluded.

Online and in the Fnac app:

  1. Add your items to the basket on www.fnac.es or in the Fnac app and start the order process.
  2. At step 3 of the order process ("paso 3 de la tramitación del pedido"), the payment step, enter your gift card code.
  3. Choose the amount you want to use, it is deducted from the order total.
  4. If the order costs more than the card value, pay the difference with any of the other payment methods offered at checkout.

In-Store Redemption:

  1. Find your nearest store here: https://www.fnac.es/localiza-tiendas-fnac/w-4
  2. At the register, show the gift card code you received.
  3. The amount is deducted from your total, pay any difference with your bank card.

You can use the card over one or several purchases, so any unused amount stays available on the code. The balance of several Fnac gift cards cannot be combined in the same purchase, and the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Fnac states that the gift card does not expire and is not replaced if lost.
