Shipt Gift Card

Shipt gift cards are redeemed as Shipt credits on your account. You need a Shipt account to redeem, so create one first if you are new to Shipt.

Online:

1. Sign in to your Shipt account and go to https://www.shipt.com/shop/account/wallet
2. Under the Credit balance section, select Redeem gift card
3. Enter your gift card code and confirm
4. The full value is added to your account as Shipt credits

Mobile app redemption:

1. Open the Shipt app and sign in to your account
2. Go to the Account screen and tap Wallet
3. Under Credit balance, tap Redeem gift card
4. Enter your gift card code and confirm

Your credits apply automatically at checkout using the Credit toggle on the checkout screen. If an order costs less than your available credits, the remaining credits stay on your account for your next order. Multiple Shipt gift cards can be redeemed as credits in the same wallet.

Shipt credits cannot be applied to delivery fees or to alcohol items, and you may be asked to add a secondary payment method to cover the rest of an order. Gift card credits do not expire and no inactivity or service fees apply.
